The Service utilizes third-party AI technologies, including Google's Gemini AI, to generate content. The quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of AI-generated content may vary.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

For children under 13: The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Parents or guardians may create content on behalf of their children, but children under 13 may not create accounts or directly use the Service. 5.1 Nature of AI Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate stories, illustrations, and audio narration ("AI Content"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Content is generated based on your inputs and prompts
• AI Content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your expectations
• AI systems may produce similar or identical content for different users with similar inputs
• AI Content should be reviewed before sharing, especially for stories intended for children

5.2 Ownership of AI Content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI Content generated through your use of the Service for personal and commercial purposes. However:

• We do not guarantee exclusive rights to any AI Content
• Similar AI Content may be generated for other users
• You may not claim that AI Content was created entirely by you without AI assistance
• We retain the right to use AI Content to improve our Service and AI models

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually.
